Our Purpose

The Association´s purpose is to catalyze and facilitate the emergence of a new paradigm which aims at transforming the leadership and structure of organisations, business and society as a whole. We create connections and synergies between groups in Switzerland with the same intention, and we organize, support and promote events and activities that foster the emergence of the “Teal” Paradigm on a national level.

Our Community

The Community has local meetups in different locations throughout Switzerland. 

What we currently work on

We believe in the emerging of a new paradigm, that will transform the leadership and the structure of organisations, business and society as a whole. We are here to continuously learn about and explore the potential of ourselves, and of the work world surrounding us. We do so by creating a physical meeting point, where like-minded people can inspire each other to manifest change.

TealCamp Switzerland is an event to learn about and experience new ways of working, based on the values and principles of the ResponsiveOrg manifesto. It is a space for co-creation, shared reflection, creativity, connection and action.
